Dr. Jake Revercomb received his D.D.S. degree in 2000 from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his Dental Residency at Upstate Medical University, Division of Dentistry in 2001. After his residency, Dr. Jake joined his father, Dr. Gary Revercomb, in private practice. Dr. Jake is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Upstate Medical University, where he volunteers his time to teach dental residents.
Dr. Jake is certified in oral conscious sedation and has completed extensive implant dentistry training through the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute. He currently holds a fellowship in implant dentistry through the Misch International Implant Institute and is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Jake recently completed training in noninvasive small diameter dental implants.
Dr. Jake and his wife Jennifer live in Jamesville with their two children, Collin and Ava, and their two dogs, Wesley and Milo. In his spare time, Dr. Jake enjoys fishing, traveling, Syracuse University sports, and the outdoors. In the Spring, he spends time making his own maple syrup.
Dr. Steven Yeager is a native of Endwell, NY, and a 2007 graduate of Maine-Endwell Senior High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from LeMoyne College, where he met his wife, Jill. Dr. Steve received his D.D.S degree in 2014 from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Upstate Hospital in 2015. After his residency, Dr. Steve returned to the Binghamton area to join a private practice prior to joining Dr. Jake. Dr. Steve has completed additional training in clear aligner therapy.
Dr. Steve lives with his wife and their two sons, Bennett and Charlie, in Manlius. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending concerts and sporting events. He is a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills.
Dr. Aleksandra Zak is from the Syracuse area and is a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School. She completed her undergraduate studies in biological sciences at SUNY University in Buffalo. She received her DMD at the University of New England School of Dental Medicine in 2018. Dr. Aleks went on to complete her general residency program at Jacobi Medical Hospital in the Bronx, NY, in 2019, where she focused on surgical extractions, endodontics, implant placement, and other advanced clinical procedures. After her residency, Dr. Aleks returned to the Syracuse area, where she has been working locally as a general dentist. During this time, she completed additional training in Botox therapy.
Dr. Aleks moved back to the area after completing her dental residency to be closer to family and friends. She enjoys spending time with her nephews, hiking, reading and traveling. After moving back to Syracuse, she met her husband, Ethan, who is a financial advisor at Rialto Wealth Management, and together, they reside in Jamesville with their daughter, Ellie.
Dr. Chance Wagner is originally from South Carolina, where he graduated from Paul M. Dorman High School in 2013. After which, he earned his Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in math from Wofford College. Following college, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2022. Dr. Wagner moved to the Syracuse area to complete a General Practice Residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in June 2023, where he acquired skills in endodontics, periodontics, implants, and other advanced clinical procedures.
He has grown to enjoy the Syracuse area over the last year and hopes to continue exploring all Central New York offers. Dr. Wagner lives in downtown Syracuse and enjoys fishing, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Brooke Chase grew up in Lyons Falls, New York, and graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2005 with a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Child Advocacy. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in 2009.
Following dental school, Dr. Chase practiced in the Seattle area before owning and operating her own dental practice in rural Okanogan, WA for nearly a decade. With a strong desire to return to the East Coast and be closer to family, Dr. Chase and her family have relocated back to New York.
Dr. Chase treats patients of all ages and is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment where patients feel truly heard. Known for her gentle and thorough approach, she strives to meet patients wherever they are on their dental journey.
Outside the office, Dr. Chase and her husband, Andy, can be found cheering on their three children at sporting events or performances. Another family favorite activity is rescuing animals resulting in a full home of satisfied pets and companions.
